Welcome to the 14U World Series

Congratulations on an outstanding season and welcome to the World Series. Your World Series host will do everything possible to create an experience that the players, coaches, and families will remember for a lifetime! Teams can enter now and pay later to secure their spot in the World Series.

All teams attending will have the opportunity for their players to participate in a showcase event on Thursday, June 19th, 2025, at no additional cost. Our staff will utilize top-of-the-line equipment to provide accurate and reliable data for all participants. The World Series is designed with a single goal in mind: to highlight the best talent in the region.

Event Details

5 Game Minimum/6 Game Maximum

All teams are guaranteed to play 4 pool games and a minimum of one bracket game.

Only taking 20 Teams

The event is taking a max of 20 teams. These 20 teams will be seeded into 4 team pools.

Guaranteed Pool Protection

After the first day of pool play teams will be reseeded into new pools for the second day of pool play.

Tentative Intinerary

June 19th, 2025 - TBA (Player Evaluations)

All players who attend the event will participate in a showcase workout where the following metrics will be measured for each participant:
Laser Timed: 60 yard dash
Exit Velo
Infield and Outfield Velo
All athletes will be given their results after the completion of the event.

June 19th, 2025 - TBA (Fastest Man Challenge)

Fastest Man Rules
– Using the results from player evaluations two (2) players will be selected from each team to participate in the event
– Players will run head to head against each other in a bracket style challenge
– Players will draw for which “Bracket” and heat they will race in
– Number of heats will depend on total teams in event
– Team Protection guaranteed until finals
– First round heats will be ran at this time
– Second round heats ran after Catcher Scramble
– Final heat ran before Home Run Derby

June 19th, 2025 - TBA (Catcher Scramble Challenge)

Scramble Rules
– Teams will select one (1) player to participate
– Catcher gear placed on home plate
– Player will begin in first base dugout
– Time begins when player starts
– Competitors will race to gear up at home plate
– Once geared up competitor will be required to block one ball and complete a throw to second base
– Time stops when throw to second is caught at second base

June 19th, 2025 - TBA (Coaches Fungo Challenge)

Fungo Challenge Rules
– Each team can enter one (1) coach into the challenge
– Points awarded for the following challenges:
– Hit a pop fly hit to catcher (target is Home Plate Circle)
– Hit a ground ball in the 6 hole
– Hit a line drive to Deep 2B position
– Hit a fly ball to center (landing zone will be marked)
– Hit an over the fence Home Run

June 19th, 2025 - TBA (Team Home Run Derby)

Home Run Derby Rules
– Teams will choose up to 4 players to participate.
– Each team will be given 3 minutes to hit
– Players may rotate throughout the entire 3 minutes
– Hack Attack Machine will be used for all teams
– 1 point for any ball that crosses over Home Run Derby line
– 5 points for any ball that is hit over the fence
– If teams are tied after the first round hit off will take place immediately and time to hit reduced to 2 minutes
– If additional rounds are needed following Round 2, time limit will be 1 minute

June 20th, 2025 - 9:00AM until Finished

Teams will play two pool play games

June 21st, 2025 - 9:00AM until Finished

Teams will play two pool play games

June 22nd, 2025 - 9:00AM until Finished

Semi-Final and Championship games played

What are game time limits?

Game times will be 1 hour and 50 minutes

Are there any bat restrictions?

Players will be required to swing BBCOR Certified – 3 bats.

What are the playing rules?

The tournament will be played under USSSA National Rules and Guidelines

Are there any pitching restrictions?

USSSA pitching rules be used for the event.

Is the event Pay at the Plate?

No, the umpire fees are included in the entry fee.

What are the gate fees for the event?

Ages 9 and Older
Event Pass: $50
Daily Gate: $20
Ages 8 and Under Free

Event passes will be on sale on Thursday and Friday. All teams are guaranteed to play all three days (Friday – Sunday) save $10 by purchasing an event pass.
